Senior Customer Success Manager / Implementation Project Manager – AI Saas l Pa

About the Company

Fast-growing B2B SaaS company (10x growth in two years) specializing in the adoption of generative AI within large enterprises. The company serves as a central operating system for generative AI, helping CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies deploy, evaluate, and scale AI agents and their usage across their entire workforce.

The Role

Acting as both a strategist, consultant, and facilitator, you will support business teams in identifying and co-designing the most relevant AI use cases, while leading their operational deployment and driving real transformation initiatives.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong pedagogical and collaborative approach, and a high level of energy. Strong synthesis skills are also essential to make complex or technical topics accessible to a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Co-build deployment plans with client teams (C-level executives, innovation teams, business units, etc.)

• Support clients throughout their projects: scoping, follow-up, adoption, and ROI measurement

• Design educational content to facilitate platform adoption (guides, videos, workshops, labs, etc.)

• Lead webinars and strategic workshops in an engaging and impactful way

• Represent the voice of the customer internally by identifying adoption challenges and proposing concrete solutions

• Work closely with the Product team to enrich the roadmap based on field feedback

Profile

• 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting (transformation, change management, innovation) or SaaS solution implementation

• Ability to navigate complex organizations, synthesize technical topics, and prioritize effectively

• Strong workshop facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences through clear and educational communication

• Dynamic, rigorous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Strong interest in tech and generative AI (already exploring tools such as GPT, Notion, etc.)

• Ability to connect business challenges with concrete and impactful AI use cases

• Strong proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken
