About The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The candidate will also support and guide the customer support team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.

Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.

Guide and support junior customer support team members.

Monitor daily customer support activities.

Maintain records of customer complaints, orders, and resolutions.

Coordinate with warehouse and other teams for order-related issues.

Ensure a positive customer experience.

Prepare basic daily/weekly reports.

Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience handling customer complaints and escalations.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to manage multiple queries and tasks.

Team handling experience will be an advantage.

Responsible, patient, and customer-focused.
