Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security strategies aligned with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and FISMA to protect organizational assets.
• Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and security risk investigations using tools like SIEM platforms, IDS systems, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Oversee the configuration and administration of security systems such as Cisco ISE for identity & access management, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and system hardening procedures on various operating systems like Windows, Linux (Debian, CentOS), macOS, and Android

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet, VLANs, load balancing (F5), QoS policies, and network support/supporting network installation projects.
• Excellent analytical skills in log analysis via tools like Logstash or New Relic; experience in incident management; knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP/SFTP/SSH/HTTPS; proficiency in scripting for automation purposes; understanding of open-source OS security features like SELinux or AppArmor.

Pay: $100,000.44 - $120,000.74 per year
