广州Senior D365 Engineer（外企+双休）

• Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 CRM projects, including requirement collection, solution design, customization, system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a client-facing role to communicate with business stakeholders, understand client pain points, deliver technical solutions, and conduct solution presentations.
• Support pre-sales activities by collaborating with BD/marketing teams, preparing solution proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting technical solutions to potential clients.
• Design project technical architecture and development standards, guide the team to follow D365 best practices, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
• Integrate D365 with ERP, SAP, and other external systems, and resolve key technical challenges such as high-concurrency data processing and inventory consistency.
• Implement business automation using Power Platform, Power Automate, AI, and other tools to improve efficiency and deliver business value.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and training for team members to enhance their D365 capabilities.
• Keep updated with the latest D365 and AI technologies and drive technology adoption in project implementation and development. Requirements
• Solid D365 CRM Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on working experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, familiar with multiple D365 versions and Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong Technical & Solution Skills: Proficient in D365 customization, development, integration, reporting, and data visualization; skilled in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server.
• Client-Facing Competency: Able to operate in a client-facing role with strong English communication skills (fluent oral and written English for interviews and client communication).
• Pre-Sales & Stakeholder Awareness: Demonstrated pre-sales awareness or experience in stakeholder management, solution design, and proposal development.
• Project Delivery Experience: Proven track record in D365 project delivery across industries such as healthcare, e-commerce, finance, and manufacturing.
• Team Leadership: Experience as a technical lead; ability to lead a delivery team, provide guidance, and upskill junior/middle-level developers.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business pain points and design practical, scalable technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with AI applications in D365, including Copilot, prediction models, and automated data processing.
• Familiarity with D365 project testing practices and quality assurance mechanisms.
• Experience in lead-to-cash process implementation and inventory management solutions.
