Salary: 60,000 - 80,000

Data analysis and commercial partnering

• Craft and execute data-driven solutions to optimise vendor and customer analysis
• Run experiments to re-engage customers, and monitor and rescue merchants’ at-risk of churning
• Work with the commercial and account management teams to identify key geographical areas for growth opportunities
• Assist marketing in reviewing the performance of campaigns, providing insights & recommendations for future marketing initiatives
• Analysing, interpreting, and connecting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights
• Communicating findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions are well-understood.

Technical Solutions

• Maintain and enhance the technical solutions available within Hey You (including Superset)
• Developing data models, algorithms, and statistical methods to solve a variety of business challenges.
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies that make our environment or solutions more efficient.

People & Leadership

• Drive a high-performance culture by setting standards around behaviour, managing productivity and attitude and leading by example when it comes to promoting Hey You’s values & culture.
• Provide support and leadership to the business to empower them to deliver to agreed plans, outcomes and targets.
• Prioritise and manage data workloads to align with business objectives
