The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead analytical initiatives and transform complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights. You will help strengthen data-driven planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis projects aligned with business and strategic objectives.
• Collect, clean, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through advanced analysis.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators and analytical metrics.

• Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, product, and technology teams.
• Investigate performance gaps and recommend data-driven improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant data analysis, business intelligence, or analytical experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical concepts, and business intelligence principles.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, SQL, data visualization, and analytical reporting.
• Familiarity with dashboards, KPI development, data quality, and performance measurement.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to work with large or complex datasets and identify meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
