Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team, an agile, high-throughput squad that manages a Kanban of analytical requests from across the business.

This is a generalist Data Analytics role , focused on analysis, interpretation, and stakeholder communication — not data engineering. You’ll work across different business areas, translating business questions into clear insights and analytical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize a high volume of analytical requests from multiple business areas, delivering with speed and quality;
• Write advanced SQL queries, primarily using BigQuery;
• Translate business questions into clear, objective analyses and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities across Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations;
• Document analyses and findings to build institutional knowledge and reduce repeat requests;
• Share knowledge with the Data team, contributing to technical collaboration and data maturity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally in a fast-paced or request-driven environment;
• Advanced SQL is non-negotiable ;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences;
• Generalist analytical profile, comfortable working across multiple business domains;
• Experience with data visualization tools.

Nice to have:

• BigQuery experience;
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, Plotly);
• Metabase or Data Studio;
• Tableau;
• Experience with SaaS.
