Senior Data Analyst

At Qubika, we design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions for organizations making an impact through technology.

We need a senior, business-facing data professional to partner with Finance, Clinical, and Operations. The immediate priority is helping stakeholders get reliable, clearly defined data they can understand and use.

This person should be comfortable leading conversations with executives, translating their needs into technical requirements, and working hands-on with data models and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements discussions with Finance, Clinical, and Operations, clarifying the business questions behind reporting requests.
• Recommend priorities across competing stakeholder needs, bringing clear trade-offs and recommendations to technology leadership.
• Build and improve data models that support accurate, consistent reporting across teams.
• Investigate data quality issues, reconcile conflicting metrics, and document definitions and limitations so users can trust the results.
• Partner with data engineers to translate requirements into actionable work and carry it through to usable reporting.

What we expect from you:

• Senior-level experience in data analytics or analytics engineering, with strong SQL and hands-on data modeling skills.
• Excellent English communication and demonstrated experience working directly with business leaders, particularly Finance.
• Ability to challenge unclear requirements, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
• Experience with modern data platforms and BI tools, including the underlying business logic and metric definitions.
• Databricks and Domo. Direct experience is valuable; strong experience with comparable platforms is worth considering.

Preferred experience / current environment

• Python or PySpark familiarity.
• Financial reporting, reconciliation, or GL-linked metrics.
• Healthcare or clinical operations data.
