Responsibilities

Develop and improve credit risk scorecards and strategies.
Analyze customer and transaction data to support risk decisions.
Clean, validate, and prepare large datasets for analysis.
Build features and automate analytics and reporting workflows.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Present analytical insights to business and risk teams.

Requirements

Experience in analytics or credit risk analytics.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python/PySpark.
Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and automation.
Good understanding of credit risk and statistical modelling.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
BFSI, lending, or credit risk experience is preferred.
