Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong experience in data migration and data quality to support large-scale ERP migration projects. The role will focus on analyzing, profiling, cleansing, transforming, validating, and reconciling legacy data to ensure it is accurate, complete, consistent, and ready for migration.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, independent, and experienced in working with large and complex datasets, particularly ERP master and transactional data.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Analyze large datasets and identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, duplicates, and anomalies.
• Investigate root causes and recommend appropriate data treatment based on business rules and evidence.
• Perform source-to-target data mapping and support migration activities.
• Validate migrated data and ensure completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
• Work closely with business, technical, ERP functional teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare analysis, findings, impact assessments, and recommendations for data migration decisions.
• Support data quality improvements and resolve complex data-related issues independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data migration, data quality, ERP implementation, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience in large-scale ERP data migration or ERP replacement projects is highly preferred.
• Strong experience with data profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, mapping, and reconciliation.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience handling large volumes of master and transactional data.
• Knowledge of ETL concepts and data migration methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Python, or ETL/data integration tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Important: This role is intended for a hands-on Data Migration/Data Quality professional, not primarily a reporting or dashboard-focused Data Analyst.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
