Senior Data Analyst – Omnichannel Marketing Analytics

Location: Remote – U.S.

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation: $45–$50/hour (1099)

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours/week

Initial Engagement: Approximately 6 months, with potential to extend

Travel: Approximately once per month as needed

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support omnichannel marketing analytics and reporting, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry . This is a hands-on analytics role focused on extracting and reviewing data, identifying meaningful trends, answering business questions, and translating findings into clear reports and presentations.

This is not a data science, advanced modeling, or data engineering role. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within established reporting environments, analyzing marketing performance across channels, and communicating what the data means to business stakeholders. Experience working with pharmaceutical marketing, commercial, HCP, or omnichannel data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze data from Tableau and other reporting environments.
• Analyze performance across digital, traditional, social, and other marketing channels.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and business implications from the data.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions.
• QC datasets and reporting outputs for accuracy.
• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, snapshots, and presentations.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, business-friendly recommendations.
• Partner with internal, IT, and vendor teams when data or reporting issues arise.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of data analytics, marketing analytics, business analytics, or similar experience.
• Hands-on experience working with Tableau or comparable BI/reporting tools.
• Experience analyzing marketing, media, digital, CRM, or omnichannel data.
• Strong ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Comfortable independently pulling, validating, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Pharmaceutical experience highly preferred but not required.
• SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.

This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement and does not include employee benefits.

Please note: This role is not open to C2C arrangements at this time. Candidates must be able to work directly on a 1099 basis.
