WE ARE HIRING! Operations Assistant & Data Analyst

Google Sheets & Automation Specialist | 100% Remote

MyDermaDream is expanding its global remote team, and we’re looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented professional who can build systems, automate workflows, and turn complex data into efficient operational processes.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just fill out spreadsheets but knows how to build, optimize, and automate them.

Job Details

• Position: Operations Assistant & Data Analyst
• Work Setup: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
• Starting Salary: $800 USD/month, with opportunities for significant increases based on experience
• Schedule: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week
• Work Environment: Fast-paced, data-driven, and performance-oriented

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Automation

• Build, debug, and optimize Google Apps Script workflows.
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks and connect internal systems.
• Reduce manual errors through reliable automation solutions.

2. Data Management & Systems Architecture

• Build and maintain advanced Google Sheets systems.
• Organize, audit, and manage large volumes of operational and sales data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Develop automated reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, errors, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure reports provide accurate and actionable insights.

4. Process & Efficiency Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows.
• Develop tools and systems that reduce manual work and improve productivity.
• Continuously improve internal processes through automation and structured data management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, including complex formulas, lookup functions, array formulas, and data validation.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Apps Script and JavaScript.
• Experience building automated workflows and integrating systems using APIs or webhooks is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage large datasets and build scalable, well-organized systems.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to work a 10-hour shift, 6 days per week.
