Job Purpose

Are you passionate about uncovering insights from data and turning them into actionable business decisions? We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze complex datasets, develop dashboards, generate insights, evaluate business performance, and support strategic initiatives through analytics and reporting.

The Job

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using analytical tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven business solutions.
• Perform data collection, cleansing, transformation, and exploratory analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytical models and business initiatives.
• Support campaign performance measurement and ROI evaluation.
• Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing analytics maturity across the business.

The Person

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Software Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in Analytics, Data Science, or Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Analytics, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and business reporting.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is desirable.
• Knowledge of R programming will be an added advantage.
