We seek a Senior Data Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid model (Porto):

🔹 Your main responsibilities:

• Engineering & ETL: Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, clean, and transform data from heterogeneous sources (databases, APIs, files, and cloud environments).
• Modeling & Optimization: Model and optimize databases in SQL Server by writing complex queries, stored procedures, and efficient views to support business analytics.
• Quality & Performance: Proactively ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality throughout the pipeline, guaranteeing high solution performance.
• Governance & Documentation: Document business rules, transformations, and data validation criteria.
• Business Alignment: Translate functional requirements and business needs into robust data models and clear KPIs.
• Innovation & Cloud: Explore and implement modern data solutions using cloud ecosystems (Azure / Microsoft Fabric).

🔹 What We’re Looking For (Mandatory Requirements):

• 4 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Solid proficiency in SQL Server and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Proven experience with ETL processes and data warehouse architectures.
• Knowledge and experience with Azure / Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve data issues and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact easily with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving orientation and strong organizational skills.

🔹 We Also Value (Differentiating Factors):

• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI and knowledge of DAX.
• Professional experience or knowledge in the automotive sector.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence applied to business.
• Familiarity with collaborative work tools and version control: GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
