About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, improve business performance, and drive growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization, along with the ability to communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports on business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, and Technology, to define data requirements and support business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and quality across reporting processes.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data analysis processes, and decision-making practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English.
