Senior Data Analyst, Marketing Analytics

Fully Remote | Full-Time

A growing marketing agency is adding a Senior Data Analyst to strengthen marketing analytics, scalable data models, and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with data engineering and performance marketing teams to support lead and click generation analytics, reporting automation, and structured data for AI-assisted analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with data engineers to design and maintain BigQuery frameworks and reusable data models for leads, clicks, conversions, and marketing performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate work through Agile sprints.
• Build reliable reporting solutions and perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality assurance, and consistent reporting practices.
• Collaborate across marketing, analytics, and engineering teams and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications:

• At least four years of relevant analytical experience and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and understanding of marketing metrics such as leads, clicks, conversions, cost per lead, and attribution.
• Experience developing scalable analytics solutions and working with Agile/Scrum .
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and quality control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred: performance marketing or lead generation analytics; hands-on BigQuery data modeling; data engineering collaboration; AI-assisted analytics.
