Help drive our continued growth and make a difference with us as a Data Analyst (m/f/d) at our office in Berlin .

• Strategic Data Analysis: As a Senior Data Analyst, you identify data products that support our growth and help optimise our business model. Together with the Data team, you bring these products to life and support your stakeholders in their operational and strategic work.
• Business Partnership: You work closely with teams across the company, understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions that support their goals. Your analytical skills and ability to explain complex analyses clearly help us achieve our business objectives.
• Visualisation and Reporting: You design and develop engaging dashboards and reports that turn complex data into clear visual insights and give our stakeholders visibility into relevant KPIs. Your work helps decision-makers make informed choices and identify opportunities.
• Methodology: You use agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban to work efficiently and ensure our projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Your Skillset

• Experience and Expertise: You have initial experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist and excellent skills in analysing and interpreting complex datasets.
• Education: You hold a degree in a STEM subject or a related field.
• Analytical Skills and Data Visualisation: You have strong analytical skills and can solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. You also have experience creating meaningful data visualisations that present complex information simply, clearly and precisely.
• Communication and Business Partnership: You can communicate complex analyses clearly and convincingly in German and English. You are a strong team player who collaborates effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Modern Data Stack and Data Modelling: You have worked with a modern data stack and are familiar with the latest tools and technologies. You have experience designing effective data structures that enable efficient analysis and interpretation.
• Initiative and Methodology: You are proactive and passionate about continuous learning and personal development. You use agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban to work efficiently and ensure our projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
