Senior Data Analyst (SQL + Tableau + Excel)

Work Schedule: US Working Hours / Night Shift

What is your mission?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. In this role, you will leverage SQL, PostgreSQL, Tableau, Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to analyze data, develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources while monitoring data integrity and ensuring reporting accuracy across systems.
• Write complex SQL queries and utilize PostgreSQL to extract, manage, manipulate, and analyze structured data efficiently.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations, and performance metrics that support stakeholder reporting and decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve operational and business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, deliver data-driven solutions, and support ad hoc analytics projects, stakeholder requests, and executive-level presentations.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar analytics-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL, with experience analyzing complex datasets and working with large-scale databases and data warehousing environments.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, including Tableau, to create reports, dashboards, visualizations, and performance metrics.
• Experience with Piano.io and knowledge of additional analytics and reporting tools.
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience supporting business stakeholders within marketing, media, or advertising environments.
• Comfortable utilizing AI-powered tools such as Claude or similar generative AI platforms to enhance data analysis, research, reporting, workflow efficiency, and insight generation, with the ability to apply critical thinking, data validation, and sound analytical judgment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
