: Senior Data Analytics

Job Purpose:

Lead the company's data analytics and business intelligence function, transforming business data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and monitor performance across all countries and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee data analytics strategies and BI dashboards.

• Monitor KPIs and business performance across departments and countries.

• Analyze sales, manufacturing, inventory, and financial data.

• Provide forecasting, trends analysis, and strategic recommendations.

• Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.

• Lead the analytics team and collaborate with senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, IT, Statistics, or a related field.

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership experience.

• Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and ERP systems.

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or manufacturing is preferred.
