Company Overview Our client is a world-leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure, smart devices, and enterprise telecommunications solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced and high-caliber Senior Data Analytics Engineer (Acting Project Manager) to drive enterprise data governance, end-to-end data architecture, and AI/LLM deployment for major telecommunications clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Governance & Modeling: Lead data governance services, conduct data and service surveys, and design hierarchical data models based on the TM Forum SID standard architecture, aligning directly with client stakeholders.
• AI & LLM Solutions: Lead the technical team in developing, deploying, and commissioning LLM/AI use cases (focusing on network operations and marketing campaigns) utilizing modern AI Agent development tools.
• ETL & Data Quality Engineering: Design and build data pipelines/flows using enterprise ETL and data governance tools; establish, configure, and monitor data quality rules and audits.
• Solution Architecture & Delivery: Translate business requirements into robust end-to-end technical solutions; guide development teams through implementation and deployment.
• Project Management & Stakeholder Alignment: Manage overall project milestones, resource allocation, deliverables, and risk mitigation; provide regular progress reports to key client executives.
• Testing & UAT: Prepare comprehensive test cases and validation reports; drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and smooth data model rollouts.
• BI & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain actionable dashboards and analytical reports to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of solid experience in Big Data engineering, analytics, and AI solutions.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in leading/managing data teams or project delivery (acting in a Project Manager/Lead capacity).
• Background in the Telecommunications operator or enterprise ICT domain is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of TMF SID standards and hierarchical data modeling.
• Strong expertise in data governance frameworks, data lifecycle management, and data quality audits.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, Java, ETL pipelines, BI/visualization tools, and modern Machine Learning / LLM architectures.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, client-facing presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring and steering internal technical teams.
• Good proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
