Job Summary

Srish Technologies is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Data Analytics Trainer with 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and corporate or academic training. The candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and data analytics concepts. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training, developing course materials, guiding students through real-time projects, and preparing learners for data analytics job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Train students on Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization.
• Explain data cleaning, data transformation, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and statistical analysis.
• Teach SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Develop hands-on assignments, case studies, exercises, and industry-based projects.
• Demonstrate dashboard development, KPI tracking, and business reporting.
• Guide students through end-to-end data analytics projects using real-world datasets.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, lab exercises, assessments, and project documentation.
• Conduct practical sessions, mock interviews, technical assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Help students prepare resumes, portfolios, interview questions, and technical discussions.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and analytics best practices.
• Support placement preparation and provide career guidance to learners.

Technical Skills Required

• SQL: Joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.
• Python: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and data analysis libraries.
• Power BI: Power Query, data modeling, DAX, dashboards, and report development.
• Tableau: Interactive dashboards, calculated fields, filters, and visual analytics.
• Advanced Excel: PivotTables, lookup functions, charts, formulas, and Power Query.
• Analytics Concepts: Data cleaning, EDA, descriptive statistics, KPI analysis, and business insights.
• Data Concepts: ETL/ELT, data warehousing, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Project Skills: Real-time case studies, business problem-solving, and end-to-end analytics projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related technical roles.
• Prior experience delivering technical training, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, practical manner.
• Experience developing industry-relevant projects and hands-on learning activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a learner-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience training freshers, graduates, working professionals, and corporate teams.
• Experience in classroom, online, and hybrid training environments.
• Knowledge of cloud analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with current data analytics interview patterns and industry requirements.
• Experience mentoring students for placements and practical project implementation.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
