Senior, Data & Solutions Specialist (1-Year Contract)

At Nando’s, we are looking for an IT Business Applications & Data Analyst to support our business systems, data integration, and technology projects. In this role, you will work closely with users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure business applications run efficiently while delivering data insights that support business decisions.

What You’ll Do:

Business Application Support (60%)

• Provide support and troubleshooting for business applications such as POS, HR systems, and other enterprise systems.
• Manage user access, roles, and system configurations.
• Work with vendors to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
• Support system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and new application rollouts.
• Gather business requirements and recommend system solutions.
• Maintain system documentation and support procedures.

Data Pipeline, Integration & Warehouse Management (40%)

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations between systems.
• Manage and optimize databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes.
• Use SQL and Python to automate data processing and reporting.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability across systems.

Project & Implementation Support

• Support and coordinate technology projects from planning to implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support system testing, change requests, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

User Training & Support

• Provide training and guidance to users on business applications.
• Assist users with software setup, system usage, and troubleshooting.
• Help drive user adoption and improve overall user experience.
