• Data Blueprinting: Building and maintaining data models (conceptual, logical, physical) to meet the needs of ERP systems, Project Management Systems (PMS), Human Resource Development Systems (HRD), e-Office digital office platforms, e-Library, FBOs, and IoT platforms.
• Data Strategy Development: Guiding the development roadmap for data infrastructure (Cloud, On-premise, or Hybrid) in line with digital transformation trends.
• Data Governance: Establishing standards for data formats, naming conventions, and metadata management to ensure system consistency.
• System Integration: Designing data pipelines and integration solutions between disparate data sources (siloed data) into a unified data ecosystem.
• Security and Compliance: Ensuring the data architecture complies with regulations on information security and data privacy.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve the performance of the storage system, ensuring fast and accurate data retrieval for business departments.

• Lương / Salary: Thỏa thuận theo năng lực (Negotiable).

  • Ăn trưa: 60.000 VNĐ/ngày (Lunch: ~60k/day).
  • Xăng xe & Điện thoại: 700.000 VNĐ/tháng (Phiếu/Voucher) (Fuel & Phone: 700k/month).
• Nghỉ phé & Nghỉ mát / Leave & Trips: 12 ngày phé/năm, thưởng Lễ/Tết, du lịch hàng năm (12 annual leave days, Holiday bonuses, annual trip).
• Di chuyển / Transportation: Xe đưa đón hai chiều SG VT và T6/T7 và T2 hàng tuần (Free shuttle bus SG VT on Fri/Sat & Mon).

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Understanding of database and data storage architectures such as Database, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and more advanced trends like Data Lakehouse and Data Mesh.
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Proficient in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience working with storage technologies such as S3 and HDFS.
• Proficient in using data technologies such as ODI, Datastage, Spark, and Flink.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Understanding of resilient, fault-tolerant, highly available, and highly scalable architectures.
• Good at communication & teamwork skills.
• Open-minded and willing to learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with data management frameworks (such as DAMA-DMBOK).
• Skills in ETL/ELT design and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
