SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale data platforms, driving cloud transformation initiatives through Azure and Microsoft Fabric. You will play a key role in defining data strategies, governance frameworks, and scalable architectures while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders across international teams.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or related Data & Analytics roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data architectures .
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Databricks, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric , including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Real-Time Analytics, and Power BI integration.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling , data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data management principles.
• Experience defining and implementing modern data platforms , data lakes, data warehouses, and data mesh architectures.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes , data integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Power BI and enterprise reporting ecosystems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and version control systems such as Git.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership , mentor teams, and influence architecture decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English level C1 or higher (written and spoken).

• Define and lead the organization's data architecture strategy , ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment.
• Design and implement modern cloud-based data platforms using Azure and Microsoft Fabric .
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance policies for enterprise data management.
• Lead data platform modernization and migration initiatives from legacy environments to cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Design robust data models , integration frameworks, and data lifecycle management processes.
• Ensure data security, compliance, privacy, and governance requirements are incorporated into all architecture decisions.
• Drive technical decisions around data storage, processing, analytics, and real-time data capabilities.
• Mentor technical teams and support solution delivery through architecture reviews and technical guidance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to continuously improve the data ecosystem.
• Support business transformation initiatives by enabling data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organization.
