An opportunity to take ownership of data architecture on a major financial services programme, shaping how critical enterprise data is brought into Microsoft Fabric and OneLake. You’ll design secure, scalable, near real-time data platforms that power new data products and support the commercialisation of data services.

Combining architecture ownership with technical influence, you’ll guide engineering teams, shape design standards and work with senior stakeholders across architecture, security and governance. The role spans complex database replication, streaming and cloud integration, using technologies such as Oracle GoldenGate, Fabric Mirroring, Qlik Replicate and Debezium.

We’re looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong Azure expertise, deep knowledge of CDC and database replication, and a background in financial services. This is an opportunity to influence key technical decisions and help turn complex legacy data estates into a modern cloud platform.
