Senior Data Business Analyst

Location: Dublin

Contract: Daily rate contract

We are recruiting a Senior Data Business Analyst to join a leading global financial services organisation.

You will support change initiatives across investor services operations, combining strong analytical skills with project delivery and stakeholder management experience. This role would suit someone with a background in capital markets, particularly fund accounting or reporting, who is comfortable taking ownership and working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, acceptance plans, risk registers and issue logs.
• Analyse complex information from multiple sources to support decisions and process improvements.
• Coordinate resources, monitor progress and resolve or escalate delivery issues.
• Manage change control and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Track project costs, identify variances and support forecasting.
• Act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure project delivery meets governance, risk and control requirements.

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years’ relevant experience in business analysis, operations change or project delivery.
• Capital markets experience, particularly within fund accounting or reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to validate and prioritise complex information.
• Experience managing stakeholders, project dependencies, risks and issues.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
