What they need

Overview

As a Senior Data Center IT Support Technician, you will provide technical support for Secure Access Workstations (SAWs), laptops, servers, and audio/visual equipment used across Microsoft datacentres. You will help ensure devices remain secure, compliant, and fully operational while maintaining inventory, managing device lifecycles, and supporting users across multiple sites.
