I’m working with a leading technology consultancy that is continuing to grow its Data & AI capability , and I’m keen to speak with experienced Senior / Principal-level Data Consultants who enjoy doing more than simply building what they’re told.

This is a genuinely consultative role where you’ll get involved from the very beginning of the journey , working across discovery, prototyping and architecture through to the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions.

💡 The technology landscape includes:

☁️ Microsoft Azure

🔥 Databricks

🐍 Python

📊 SQL & Power BI

🔄 Azure Data Factory

⚙️ Synapse Analytics

🧱 Data Modelling / Data Warehousing

🚀 DevOps, CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code

You certainly don’t need to tick every box .

We’re looking for people who have strong foundations across areas such as Microsoft Fabric / Azure Databricks, SQL, Python, Azure, Power BI and Data Modelling , combined with experience contributing to the architecture and delivery of modern data solutions.

But technical capability is only part of it.

You'll also enjoy:

✅ Working directly with customers

✅ Turning business problems into technical solutions

✅ Influencing architectural decisions

✅ Supporting and mentoring others

✅ Sharing knowledge within the wider Data & AI community

✅ Continuing to develop your own technical expertise

If you're an experienced Data Engineer / Data Consultant who wants to stay close to the technology while taking on more influence and responsibility, this could be a really interesting next step.
