Senior Data Engineer

An employer in the energy sector is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to take ownership of their data platform from end to end. This role involves setting standards for data modeling, security, and governance. What You'll Need

• Deep knowledge of SQL and T-SQL on SQL Server / Azure SQL
• Experience with data modeling
• Strong Python skills (PySpark, notebooks)
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks / Synapse and the Delta / Parquet ecosystem
• Power BI semantic modeling experience
• Understanding of information security and data protection in an engineering context
