Senior Data Entry Specialist

• Execute high-volume data entry tasks, validate large datasets, and maintain strict data integrity across our core systems.
• Direct team operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency standards are met.
• Navigate internal platforms and manage key communications fully in English.
• Prepare operational reports to track team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in both daily workflows and team dynamics.

Requisitos

• English B2+ (fully required).
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, supervising, or guiding groups.
• Solid background in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles with a highly detail-oriented mindset (no programming or data analysis required).
• Quick learner with strong adaptability to new platforms and internal processes.
• Experience in the Insurance sector (Nice-to-have).
