Responsibilities

• Attend stakeholder meetings and capture decisions, action items, data points, and open questions.
• Validate and maintain accurate records within established timelines while handling stakeholder requests and data discrepancies.
• Handle confidential and pre-release entertainment content, projects, and internal timelines with discretion.
• Prepare weekly updates, maintain an observations log, and identify data quality and cross-functional trends.
• Provide workflow feedback and process improvement recommendations while working independently in a high-visibility environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, internal research, business operations, or reporting, preferably within entertainment or media.
• Experience with content slates, production, release timelines, title-level data, and confidential or pre-release information.
• Ability to transform unstructured meeting and document information into accurate, structured data.
• Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code and relational data tools, including Airtable formulas, views, interfaces, tables, linked records, and formulas; ability to manage competing priorities in evolving processes.
