Senior Data Science & AI Expert – AI Governance

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Science & AI Expert to drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives at AlphaCredit, combining technical expertise, business impact and AI governance.

The mission

• Lead end-to-end Data Science & AI use cases, from business scoping and value assessment to deployment and monitoring.

• Develop and industrialize Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python, SQL and MLOps practices.

• Assess business needs, technical feasibility and expected value to support prioritization and investment decisions.

• Act as a senior technical reference, guiding and coaching team members.

• Define and implement enterprise-wide AI governance, aligned with Group standards, Responsible AI principles and the EU AI Act.

• Establish processes to assess, validate and monitor AI initiatives, ensuring risk management, regulatory compliance and value realization.

• Collaborate with Business, Data, IT, Risk and Compliance teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or AI, with proven production delivery experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Generative AI and MLOps.

• Experience in technical leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess feasibility, value and risks.

• Good understanding of AI governance, model risk management and the EU AI Act.

• Experience in a regulated environment, ideally financial services.

• Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
