Senior Data Scientist

About The Role We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Marketing Analytics , particularly Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) , to drive data-driven decision-making across our marketing investments. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to quantify channel effectiveness, optimize budget allocation, and unlock growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Mix Modeling & Measurement: Design, develop, and maintain Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to measure the impact of various marketing channels (TV, digital, paid search, social, etc.)Apply advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression modeling, Bayesian methods, time-series analysis ) to quantify ROI and incremental liftIncorporate factors like seasonality, promotions, pricing, macroeconomic variables , and competitive activity into modelsContinuously improve model accuracy and scalability

Marketing Analytics & Insights: Analyze multi-channel campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize spendDevelop frameworks for attribution, incrementality testing, and experimentation (A/B testing, geo experiments) Translate complex analytical outputs into clear business recommendations Data & Modeling Infrastructure: Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets (media spend, impressions, conversions, customer data)Build reusable pipelines and scalable solutions using tools like Python/R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Marketing leaders to influence budget allocation and strategic planning Present insights to senior stakeholders, including non-technical audiencesAct as a thought leader on measurement frameworks and marketing effectiveness
