Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to develop advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions that support data-driven decision-making, revenue growth, supply chain optimization, and operational efficiency. The role will focus on developing and deploying machine learning models, improving analytical capabilities, and working closely with business, data engineering, and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for demand forecasting, pricing and promotions, market analysis, and intelligent ordering.
• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to identify business opportunities and solve complex problems.
• Build and optimize feature engineering pipelines in collaboration with data engineering teams.
• Productionize and deploy ML models using Databricks, MLflow, PySpark, and other relevant tools.
• Implement MLOps practices, including model monitoring, performance tracking, drift detection, model registry, and model retraining.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data science and AI solutions.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to measure the effectiveness of models and business initiatives.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and other technical teams to ensure successful implementation of AI/ML solutions.
• Contribute to AI and analytics initiatives that support digital transformation and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, MLflow, PySpark, and ML model deployment.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable data science solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Supply Chain, Consumer Goods, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Willing to work on a hybrid, dayshift schedule in Quezon City.
