Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to work across data engineering, machine learning, and AI to build and deploy production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
• Build and develop AI agents using tools such as SQL, APIs, retrieval, and workflow triggers
• Implement RAG, tool-calling, planning/orchestration, memory, and evaluation
• Build and evaluate ML models and production data products
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices, monitoring, and governance
• Mentor mid-level scientists and engineers
• Translate business problems into measurable AI/ML use cases

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Applied Analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark/PySpark, SQL, and Python
• Production experience with AI Agents or closely related systems
• Experience in planning, designing, developing, and building AI Agents
• Candidates with AI Agent experience using different technologies are welcome to apply and may be considered by the Hiring Manager
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and tool/function calling
• Experience shipping production ML/AI systems
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong software engineering, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
