The Role

• Own and enhance the Marketing Mix Model (MMM) to measure channel effectiveness and marginal returns.
• Design and evaluate incrementality tests, conversion lift studies, and geo experiments.
• Improve attribution and marketing measurement frameworks.
• Build and maintain Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) models to support acquisition strategy and budget decisions.
• Translate statistical analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
• Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to optimise spend and performance.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, experimentation, and insight generation.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in marketing measurement, MMM, incrementality testing, or experimentation.
• Excellent statistical knowledge including causal inference, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design.
• Strong SQL skills with experience working in modern analytics environments.
• Experience with Python and tools such as Snowflake and dbt.
• Understanding of attribution, paid media measurement, and privacy-related challenges.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
