- Expert R programming – tidyverse, data.table, statistical packages
- Strong Statistics & Statistical Modeling
- Regression, hypothesis testing, time-series, Bayesian/mixed-effects models
- Algorithm auditing, reverse engineering & optimization
- Feature engineering and predictive model development
- Production-ready R code, Git, testing & documentation
- R APIs (Plumber) / Shiny is a plus
- Docker + AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus
- Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
