Role Description

We’re hiring a Senior Data Solution Architect to join a global energy technology leader, driving the design, implementation and optimisation of data-driven solutions across a portfolio of large-scale projects.

This is a hands-on, business-facing role. You’ll bridge product and engineering within a team of 3-5 Solution Architects, 50+ developers and 5-7 Product Managers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for large-scale data solutions on AWS and Snowflake
• Define coding standards, best practices and service usage patterns for developers
• Act as the central point of contact for technical guidance across multiple projects
• Partner with product managers to turn functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Present architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Own complex project challenges as the primary technical contact

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale AWS implementations
• Strong knowledge of S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Aurora, CloudFront, SQS, CloudWatch, SageMaker and AWS CDK
• Proven Snowflake architecture and data integration expertise
• AWS certifications (preferred)
• Experience leading in multicultural, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communicator, fluent in written and spoken English
