Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Strategic Projects: Drive Business Intelligence and Data Transformation projects from concept through design and implementation, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals
• Design Data Solutions: Design complex data solutions utilizing the Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) to ensure data quality and reliability
• Optimize for scale: Optimize enterprise data solutions on Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to support big data processing and AI/ML workloads.
• Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Develop highly interactive, visually compelling, and performant Power BI dashboards to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with business leaders to integrate predictive modeling and machine learning into daily business operations.
• Data Governance & Best Practices: Follow and enforce standards for data architecture, security, and governance across all BI and AI platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

Job Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience driving impactful data transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of modern data warehouse, data lakes, and data mesh concepts.
