Senior Data Systems Analyst | Jerusalem

Malam Team is hiring a Senior Data Systems Analyst for a leading organization in Jerusalem.

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead the analysis and design of complex data solutions, including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and ETL/ELT processes, while working closely with business and technology teams.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end analysis and design of enterprise data solutions
• Gather, define, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Design and document data flows, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration solutions
• Work closely with data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Develop data models and define business logic across multiple data domains
• Support large-scale Data Warehouse and Data Lake initiatives
• Drive data projects from conception through delivery
• Explore and integrate AI-driven and automation capabilities to improve business processes

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Data / BI / AI projects

• Strong experience in Data Systems Analysis

• Hands-on experience with DWH, Data Lake, and ETL/ELT processes

• Data mapping and data modeling experience

• Experience working in cloud-based data environments
