What You'll Do

• Validate analytics events across Web, Mobile, and Connected TV platforms.
• Perform end-to-end data validation across ingestion, transformation, warehouse, and reporting layers.
• Execute complex SQL-based testing and data profiling activities.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data quality issues, anomalies, and reporting discrepancies.
• Build and maintain test automation solutions for backend and data validation.
• Expand regression coverage and contribute to scalable validation frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, BI, Product, Data Architecture, and Analytics teams.
• Support production launches, platform rollouts, and post-release monitoring activities.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve testing efficiency and engineering productivity.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA Engineering, Test Engineering, Data Quality Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong experience validating data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, and data reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, etc.).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data ecosystems, from event generation to reporting.
• Experience developing or maintaining automation frameworks.
• Proficiency with Java and preferably Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience with Python and/or Shell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Professional communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with streaming, OTT, Connected TV, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, or similar platforms.
• Experience validating analytics implementations and tracking events.
• Knowledge of GCP, AWS, Airflow, Cloud Composer, MongoDB Atlas, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Tableau, or Redshift.
• Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar solutions.
