Job Responsibilities:

The current database environment relies heavily on manual installation and provisioning activities. The team wants to automate activities such as:

• SQL Server and database deployments
• Server provisioning and decommissioning
• Security baseline enforcement
• Compliance and audit controls
• Operational standards and repeatable build processes
• The objective is to create a more scalable and standardized database platform.

Candidate Profile Expectations:

• This is a senior-level individual contributor role.
• Experience is less important than demonstrated capability.
• Candidates should ideally have prior DBA experience combined with strong automation expertise.
• Approximately 6+ years of relevant experience may be acceptable if the candidate has a proven track record in this space.
• The person is expected to operate as an SME and work independently.
