We're looking for an experienced Database Administrator with strong PostgreSQL expertise to join an established team supporting critical database environments.

This is a hands-on role focused on managing, maintaining and optimising PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance, security, availability and data integrity. You'll work across database administration, troubleshooting, recovery and migrations, with opportunities to contribute to cloud infrastructure and automation.

What you'll bring

• Strong, proven experience as a Database Administrator, with a focus on PostgreSQL.
• Experience managing and optimising PostgreSQL databases in production environments.
• Knowledge of database performance tuning, security, backup and recovery.
• Experience with AWS database services
• Experience troubleshooting database issues and supporting migrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Experience with AWS CDK, infrastructure-as-code tools and database automation would be advantageous.

• Permanent role with a salary of $120,000–$160,000, depending on experience.
