🔎 We are looking for a Senior Database Analyst

Main Tasks

• Design, administer and optimize Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance, availability and data integrity.
• Develop, maintain and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers and ETL processes.
• Implement and maintain database backup and recovery strategies in line with business requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex database incidents, perform root cause analysis and resolve performance issues, including query tuning, indexing and partitioning.
• Provide technical support to development and operations teams, monitor database performance and identify opportunities for automation and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in database administration, development or engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, ETL processes and performance tuning.
• Experience with database backup and recovery, indexing, partitioning and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of Master Data Services, CI/CD and database monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, ELK Stack or Zabbix; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
