Henan Oriental Materials Co., Ltd. ("Oriental Materials") was established in 2018 and is headquartered in Zhengzhou, China, with R&D, manufacturing and sales operations across Shanghai, Beijing, Xiamen and Sichuan. The Company specializes in semiconductor materials, advanced manufacturing equipment and precision parts, while expanding into AI computing chips and computing infrastructure.

Our leadership team consists of industry veterans from Intel, ASML, TSMC and SMIC, bringing over 20 years of semiconductor expertise. The Company has also secured multiple rounds of strategic investment from leading semiconductor investment institutions.

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced Equity Financing Manager to join our Hong Kong office.

二、Key Responsibilities｜岗位职责

1. Financing origination and execution

Originate, structure and execute debt financing transactions, including bilateral bank facilities, project finance, syndicated loans, equipment finance, trade finance and other financing arrangements.

融资开发与执行：负责开发、设计及执行银行双边授信、项目融资、银团贷款、设备融资、贸易融资及其他债权融资业务。

2. Financial institution relationships

Build and maintain effective relationships with corporate banking, project finance, syndicated finance and other relevant teams at banks and financial institutions in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas.

金融机构关系：建立并维护与香港、内地及海外银行企业金融、项目融资、银团贷款及其他相关团队的合作关系。

3. Financing structure design

Develop financing structures based on project cash flows, assets, funding requirements, currencies, jurisdictions, security arrangements and risk allocation.

融资结构设计：根据项目现金流、资产情况、资金需求、币种、司法管辖、担保安排及风险分配设计融资方案。

4. Credit application and approval

Lead the preparation and submission of credit applications, financial models, due diligence materials and other documentation required by lenders.

授信申请与审批：牵头准备及提交银行授信申请、财务模型、尽职调查资料及金融机构要求的其他文件。

5. Term negotiation and documentation

Negotiate financing terms, including facility size, pricing, tenor, security, guarantees, conditions precedent and financial covenants; coordinate the review and execution of term sheets and financing agreements.

条款谈判与文件签署：谈判融资额度、利率、期限、担保及增信安排、提款先决条件和财务约束，并统筹融资条款书及贷款协议的审阅与签署。

6. Transaction coordination

Coordinate internal teams, banks, legal advisers, auditors, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure the timely execution and closing of financing transactions.

交易统筹：协调公司内部团队、银行、律师、审计机构、顾问及其他相关方，推动融资交易按计划完成签约与交割。

7. Post-financing management

Manage drawdowns, repayments, interest payments, covenant monitoring, refinancing and other post-closing requirements.

贷后管理：统筹提款、还款、付息、财务约束监控、再融资及其他贷后管理工作。

8. Funding planning and analysis

Prepare cash flow forecasts, financing budgets, funding plans and financing analysis reports to support management decision-making.

资金规划与分析：编制现金流预测、融资预算、资金计划及融资分析报告，为管理层决策提供支持。

9. Cross-border financing

Support cross-border financing, international treasury arrangements, foreign exchange and interest-rate risk management where required.

跨境融资：支持跨境融资、国际资金安排，以及与融资相关的汇率和利率风险管理。

10. Financing channel development

Continuously identify new lenders, financing products and funding channels to support the Group’s strategic projects and business expansion.

融资渠道拓展：持续开发新的银行、金融机构、融资产品及资金渠道，为集团重大项目和业务扩张提供支持。

三、Qualifications｜任职要求

* Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Law or a related discipline.

金融、经济、会计、商业、法律或相关专业本科及以上学历。

* At least five years of relevant experience in corporate banking, project finance, syndicated finance, debt financing, corporate treasury or corporate finance. Candidates applying at Senior Manager level should demonstrate substantial transaction ownership.

五年以上企业银行、项目融资、银团融资、债权融资、企业资金管理或公司金融相关经验；申请高级经理职级的候选人须具备较强的融资交易主导经验。

* Demonstrable experience in executing bank facilities, project finance, syndicated loans, trade finance or other debt financing transactions.

具备银行授信、项目融资、银团贷款、贸易融资或其他债权融资的实际执行经验。

* Ability to independently communicate with financial institutions, prepare credit application materials, analyse financing structures and negotiate commercial terms.

能够独立对接金融机构，准备授信材料，分析融资结构并谈判核心商务条款。

* Sound understanding of credit assessment, financial modelling, cash flow analysis, security structures, financing documentation and post-financing management.

熟悉信用评估、财务建模、现金流分析、担保结构、融资文件及贷后管理。

* Good understanding of the Hong Kong and international banking markets.

熟悉香港及国际银行融资市场。

* Strong financial analysis, commercial judgement, negotiation, communication and project-management skills.

具备优秀的财务分析、商业判断、谈判沟通及项目管理能力。

* Fluent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.

普通话及英语流利，能够作为工作语言。

* Must possess a valid and stable long-term right to work in Hong Kong, such as Hong Kong permanent residency or another valid long-term employment status. Candidates should state their work-right or visa type and validity period in their application.

必须持有长期、稳定且合法有效的香港工作身份，包括香港永久性居民身份或其他有效的长期工作身份。申请时须注明香港工作权或签证类型及有效期。

四、Preferred Qualifications｜优先考虑

* Proven experience in independently originating, structuring and closing financing transactions.

曾独立开发、设计并完成融资交易。

* Established relationships with corporate banking, project finance or syndicated finance teams at banks and financial institutions in Hong Kong.

拥有香港银行及金融机构企业金融、项目融资或银团贷款团队的有效资源。

* Experience in large-scale project finance, syndicated loans, cross-border financing, equipment finance, acquisition finance or export credit financing.

具有大型项目融资、银团贷款、跨境融资、设备融资、并购融资或出口信贷融资经验。

* Experience with international banks, policy banks, export credit agencies, credit insurers or large corporate treasury platforms.

具有国际银行、政策性银行、出口信贷机构、信用保险机构或大型企业资金管理平台经验。

* Experience in semiconductors, AI, advanced manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, shipping or other capital-intensive industries.

具有半导体、AI、先进制造、能源、基础设施、航运或其他资本密集型行业经验。

* Experience in establishing financing channels or treasury functions for a new business platform.

具有为新业务平台从零建立融资渠道或资金管理体系的经验。

* Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.

熟练掌握粤语者优先。
