QUALIFICATION:

·         Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field is required.

·         Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a failure analysis role within the electronics manufacturing

·         Able to communicate in English and in Thai

·         Strong background in electronics, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex circuit diagrams and schematics.

·         Ability to debug electronics product and use laboratory test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyser, power source, etc)

·         MS Office, MS Project, Visio, ERP, Lab view, Test and, Database development

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.      Failure analysis on product

• Take ownership of and lead in-depth, hands-on failure analysis on a variety of electronic components, printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), and systems, often involving multiple failure modes or novel technologies.

2.      Root cause analysis

• Perform detailed electrical, mechanical, and physical analysis using various destructive and non-destructive methods to pinpoint the exact root cause of failure.

3.      Corrective action and Precentive action

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and suppliers to implement sustainable corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurrence of problems.

4.      Coordinate with customer relevant team for outstanding case

• Serve as a primary technical contact for critical customer escalations, preparing comprehensive, concise failure analysis reports and presenting findings and resolutions to customers and senior management in a timely manner.

5.      Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement in FA processes and methodologies, including developing new analytical techniques, automating existing processes, and providing "Design for Test" (DFT) and "Design for Reliability" (DFR) feedback to R&D and manufacturing teams.

6.      Coaching to subordinator

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior engineers and lab technicians on FA techniques, test methods, and data gathering.

7.      Analysis report summary

• Ensure thorough documentation of all analysis results, maintain the integrity of failure data, and use statistical tools (e.g., DOE, CPK, Gage R&R, SPC) to analyze failure trends and quantify risk.
