About the Role
The Contract Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of multiple technology and service improvement initiatives. Working across a complex stakeholder environment, you will coordinate delivery activities, manage dependencies, and ensure outcomes are achieved on time and to a high standard. A key focus of the role will be supporting projects and enhancements within the ServiceNow ecosystem, while embedding effective delivery practices across teams.
This role will suit an experienced Delivery Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and can hit the ground running to help deliver multiple projects already in flight with imminent go-live dates.

 
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across multiple technology and service improvement initiatives
• Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery dependencies
• Coordinate ServiceNow-related projects, enhancements, and platform initiatives
• Provide accurate reporting on delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate governance forums and support effective decision-making
• Partner with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and ways of working
• Manage competing priorities within a dynamic and evolving environment

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Programme Delivery Lead within complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated experience delivering ServiceNow projects, enhancements, or platform implementations
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, governance, risk management, and project controls
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain focus on outcomes
• Drive ServiceNow platform enhancements and integration-focused projects
• ServiceNow telephony integration experience highly regarded
