Senior Delivery Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead complex technology delivery efforts with a focus on life insurance and annuity initiatives, ensuring projects are executed with strong structure, visibility, and accountability. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to guide scope, timelines, budgets, and implementation decisions. It also requires balancing regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial discipline while supporting broader digital transformation and AI-related efforts.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets
• Leverage expertise in life products to guide project design and implementation
• Manage cross-functional teams and oversee performance
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and provide project updates
• Ensure project compliance with industry regulations
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor project budgets to align with financial goals

Qualifications

• BS degree with 5-10 years of experience managing technology projects
• Proven delivery management experience in life insurance and annuity sectors
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of life insurance and annuity regulations and practices
• Agile/Scrum or PMI certification preferred
• Proficient in project management software and tools
