Senior Demand Generation Manager

We’re recruiting on behalf of an ambitious B2B SaaS and AI business looking for a hands on Demand Generation / Growth Lead. This is an opportunity to shape the growth strategy, build pipeline and use AI to improve marketing performance.

The role

• Own and deliver demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, email and events.
• Work closely with sales to engage target accounts and generate qualified pipeline.
• Improve conversion across the customer journey through testing and optimisation.
• Use AI and automation to accelerate research, campaign delivery and reporting.
• Track performance and turn insights into clear recommendations.

About you

• Experience in demand generation or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or technology.
• A track record of delivering campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Confident marketing complex products to technical and enterprise audiences.
• Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Curious about AI, commercially minded and confident working in a growing team.
