Senior Demand Generation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining HubSpot workflows, lead routing, automated email campaigns, nurture programs, and other campaign automation
• Managing marketing lists, segmentation, and campaign audiences to support demand generation programs
• Coordinating with external vendors supporting content syndication, webinars, and other lead generation initiatives
• Partnering with the Director, Marketing Analytics & Operations on campaign reporting and performance interpretation, using insights to refine and improve campaign execution
• Partnering with the Manager, Digital & Advertising to connect paid campaigns with marketing automation, lead routing, and nurture programs
• Maintaining campaign processes and marketing automation systems to ensure reliable execution, appropriate follow-up, and ongoing system health

Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing automation, campaign operations, or related B2B marketing roles
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, lead routing, email automation, and nurture programs
• Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns and managing campaigns from launch through follow-up
• Experience working with campaign performance data and applying insights to improve execution and results
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, given regular cross-functional work with US-based teams
• Willingness to maintain working hours that overlap meaningfully with US-based teams for regular collaboration and meetings
